Bendel Insurance head coach, Monday Odigi, says the team needs to be mindful of the task at hand in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Benin Arsenal have failed to replicate last season’s impressive performance in the NPFL this season.
Odigi believed that the team, which is currently going through a rebuilding period, will improve as the season progresses.
Bendel Insurance will take on Enyimba in a rescheduled match on match day one on Wednesday (today).
The match is scheduled at Enyimba Stadium, Aba.
“We are conscious of the work at hand and we keep trying to work towards our objectives,” he told the club’s media.
“In a team with new players, it takes time for you to integrate and understand the philosophy of the club.”
Bendel Insurance has not won in its last three matches.
