How to Claim Your Prize
Prizes up to ₹5,000
Prizes up to ₹5,000 can be claimed from any authorized lottery agent in Kerala.
Prizes above ₹5,000 up to ₹1 Lakh
Prizes above ₹5,000 and up to ₹1 Lakh can be claimed from the District Lottery Offices. You will need to submit the winning ticket along with valid ID proof.
Prizes above ₹1 Lakh
Prizes above ₹1 Lakh must be surrendered to the Director of State Lotteries. The following documents are required:
- Claim application along with a self-attested copy of both sides of the ticket.
- Two passport size photographs of the prize winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.
- Receipt for the prize money in the prescribed form.
- Copy of PAN Card.
- Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
Note: Prize claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the draw.
